A Delhi-bound Jet Airways flight with 60 passengers and 5 crew members on board had a nose wheel malfunction today when it landed at the IGI Airport in Delhi. All passengers have been safely deplaned.
The Dehradun-Delhi flight #9W2882 is an ATR aircraft used for regional operations.
A Jet Airways spokesperson statement said, ” Jet Airways flight 9W 2882, an ATR 72-500, from Dehradun to Delhi of April 19, 2017 experienced a nose-wheel malfunction after landing, resulting in a steering problem. All 60 guests and 5 crew members have been safely deplaned. Guests are being looked after by the airline’s guest service teams and the aircraft is being towed away for maintenance.”
