Eventful service over to Paris on the 25th of October! We boarded on time and were then informed around 10 minutes after taking our seats that there was a technical issue with the air conditioning unit which meant engineers needed to be called to our aircraft – we waited in a hot, stuffy cabin for around 1 hrs and 30 mins until the issue was finally resolved. Big well done and thanks to everyone who got it fixed and in turn got us on our way.
