Aerolineas Argentinas flight #AR1300 from Buenos Aires to New York JFK suffered an engine issue during the flight.
The flight took off at 2357 (local time) when flames burst out of the Airbus A320 left engine 17 minutes later, forcing the pilots to divert to Ezeiza, Argentina.
The plane was met by fire engines, ambulances and rescue teams.
