For a reason unknown yet, an evacuation slide was triggered inside Aeromexico Embraer 190 at Puerto Vallarta International Airport in Mexico.
The door may have been still armed when it was opened from outside, triggering the inflatable slide.
The incident happent around at 1420 local time with passengers still on board.
