NEWS Thomas Cook cabin crew to go on strike over over ‘dangerous’ cuts to their allowed break times

Lots of flights during May could be hit by strikes by cabin crew working for Thomas Cook.

More than 1,000 crew began voting yesterday on industrial action over what they say are ‘dangerous’ cuts to break periods.

Under the new rules by Thomas Cook, the cabin crews rest times have been halved to 20 minutes during an 11 hour 59 minute duty period.
