UPDATE (1335 UTC) We have confirmation Jet2 flight #LS286 safely landed runway 23R at Manchester with flap issue.
After 5 attempts to land, Jet2 Boeing 737-300 is now heading to Manchester for a flapless landing. Manchester airport advised it will be a 180kts landing.
