UK Chancellor George Osbourne is to argue for 'Heathrow or nothing' and is to rule out an expansion at Gatwick.
He claimed to be persuaded by the Airports Commission's report and is backing a third runway at Heathrow.
Expansion at Heathrow is predicted to make an extra £147 billion for Britain.
