El Al Israel Airlines announced plans to add up to 14 Boeing 787 Dreamliners to its all-Boeing fleet. The Israeli flag carrier said on Thursday it had placed an order for up to nine 787s with Boeing, with a value of over $2.2 billion at current list prices.
