France said on Sunday it had launched air strikes against an Islamic State group training camp in eastern Syria.
Five Rafale, an Atlantique 2 and a tanker C-135 aircraft were involved in this mission.
The strike began at 4:30 am (UTC) today. The raid lasted about five hours .
