NEWS Alitalia has announced to resume service to Seoul and Shanghai

Alitalia in the Summer 2015 season is resuming its service to South Korea after nearly 22 years.

From the 4th June, the airline will begin a 3 weekly Rome to Seoul Incheon with an A330-200.

AZ758 - departs Rome at 1500 and arrives in Seoul at 0925 the following day (Thurs, Sat, Sun)
AZ759 - departs Seoul at 1405 and arrives in Rome at 1940 (Mon, Fri and Sun)

Alitalia last operated the route back in March 1993, on a 2 weekly service to Seoul Gimpo via Hong Kong on an MD11.

Also, Alitalia from 1st May is resuming its service from Milan to Shanghai after 7 years of cancellation. The flight too will be served by an A330, 3 times a week.

AZ794 - departs Milan Malpensa at 0610 and arrives in Shanghai at 2330 (Wed, Fri, Sun)
AZ795 - departs Shanghai at 0050 and arrives back in Milan at 0720 (Mon, Thurs, Sat)
