BREAKING Front gear of Boeing 737-700 collapses during landing at Soyo Airport, Angola

A Boeing 737-700 NG belonging to Linhas Aereas de Angloa suffered a serious incident at Sory, Angola.

During landing runway 24 at Soyo, Angola this morning, the front gear collapsed. The flight #DT130 arrived from Luanda with 44 passengers on board.

A spokesperson for the airline reported that the crew were working the after landing checklist when they inadvertently raised the landing gear handle to the up position.

The passengers were safely disembarked.

EMERGENCY Frontier Airlines plane tilts at Chicago O’Hare Airport

A Frontier Airlines plane tilted up while at a gate at O’Hare Airport Saturday.

The Frontier plane arrived at O’Hare shortly before 7 p.m. and came to a stop at a gate. As passengers exited, the nose of the plane tipped up.

A witness said that too much weight at the back of the plane caused the plane to tilt.

The Chicago Fire Department responded to the incident. No one was injured.

ALERT Footage of Delta pilot punching a female passenger at Atlanta Airport

A video released by TMZ appears to show a pilot from Delta Airlines trying to intervene in a fight between two women. The pilot steps into the drama just long enough to punch one of the women and walk away.

The incident went down sometime on April 21. The plane had just landed and the passengers were leaving the jetway when 2 women started fighting. The pilot appears and tries separating the women. He then grabs one of them by the arm and hits her.

Delta comment to TMZ: “We became aware of this incident and a video last week and immediately removed the pilot from duty while we completed a thorough investigation”.
