NEWS OneJet adds Pittsburgh to travel network
OneJet is expanding its network of nonstop air travel service with the addition of two routes beginning in May: Nonstop service from Milwaukee’s General Mitchell International Airport (MKE) to Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) is scheduled to begin May 4th and nonstop service from Indianapolis International Airport (IND) to Pittsburgh is set to begin May 11th.

NEWS Oman Air launches codeshare with KLM
Oman Air is has launched a new codeshare agreement with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. The agreement came into effect on Wednesday 15th April 2015 and enables Oman Air’s customers to book onto flights operated by KLM between Muscat and Amsterdam.

Sabre Corporation has started selling ancillaries for Flybe using industry technology standards developed by ATPCo and IATA.
NEWS Emirates A380 to Brussels. A one off service on the 18th September.
Emirates on 18SEP15 is planning to operate Airbus A380 aircraft on one-off basis on Dubai – Brussels route, temporary replacing Boeing 777-300ER aircraft.
Planned schedule as follow, note the operational schedule from Brussels will be modified as well:
EK183 departs DXB at 0810 and arrives BRU at 1315
EK184 departs BRU at 1615 and arrives back at DXB at 0055.
Notice that EK184 is operating just under 2 hours later then normal.

ALERT Passengers scramble from smoking Lion Air jet before takeoff at Sumatra airport
Passengers scrambled to open the emergency doors to get out of a Lion Air plane before takeoff at an Indonesian airport, after hearing the sound of an explosion.
Black smoke came from the jet's power unit as it was waiting at Kualanamu airport in Medan on Sumatra island, with some passengers hurt while exiting the plane, J.A. Barata, a spokesman at the transport ministry, said on Friday. They were no fatalities, he said.
The cause of the incident at 1 pm local time on the Boeing 737-900ER plane is still being investigated.

Flight #AT665 finally diverted to Casablanca due to depressurization, which forced the pilot to lower elevation to a level that is no longer detected by a radar.
